Mushrooms

These mushrooms are handmade using stoneware clay.  I make the top and stem separate and then attach them once dry enough.  Then I attach the circles on the top individually and hand-paint them using underglaze.  They are bisque-fired and then glazed.  They go in the kiln one last time for the glaze firing and come out as this finished product.  

They make a great decoration for around the home, or you can stick them in a plant or your garden for a cute flower/plant accessory.
