This mug was thrown on the potters wheel using cone 6 porcelain. Once leather hard, it was trimmed, the handle was added and the rainbow design was hand-carved. After the first firing, the mugs were glazed, the words were hand-painted and it was fired one last time.
This mug is microwave and dishwasher safe, although handwashing is always recommended due to the delicate nature.
This mug measures approximately 4" wide by 3.5" across and hold about 16-18 ounces of liquid.
