This bowl was made on the potters wheel using porcelain clay. Once it was leather-hard, it was trimmed and then bisque-fired. The dragonfly and quote was hand-painted with underglaze, and then once dry, it was glazed over in a clear glaze. The side of the bowl was glazed in a blue-green color and then it was fired once more to this finished product.

These piece are made with lead-free glazes that are food, dishwasher and microwave safe, although handwashing is always recommended.
