This feeder was thrown on the wheel using speckled clay.Then a top was thrown to fit on top of the feeder. Once both were dry enough, they weretrimmed. The flowers were hand-made and then attached.The holes were pierced in and smoothed.After it was bone dry, it was bisque fired, then glazed, and fired again. Then it was painted with gold luster around the flower edges and fired one last time. A black cord was added (which is sturdy up to 300lbs) to safely hang this feeder in your favorite spot.
